AROYH Building Solutions Ltd is a UK based building company that combines Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and skilled German engineering to provide high quality, bespoke, low carbon, pre assembled, timber houses and flats.

We believe in improving people's standard of living by building aesthetically pleasing eco homes that are manufactured with high quality materials, incorporating components that meet and exceed sustainable building standards and that will have a positive influence on the surrounding environment.

General Information

AROYH walls and roofs are made in the factory as whole units, with windows and doors pre-installed, offering much reduced construction time and superior quality control over both traditional and standard timber frame construction. Each unit will then take just one to three days to erect to a watertight state for a single house. They far exceed current building regulations for energy conservation and are designed to meet the latest Codes for Sustainable Homes. They come fitted with all electrical conduits for easy wiring and piping for water ventilation and waste pre-installed into the walls, with the external walls finished with a waterproof, breathable material that is ready for the final finish of your choice.

We can design to your individual requirements or you can use our standard plans. You can use our in-house architects or we can take designs from you or your preferred architect and provide a competitive price. We offer the whole development process from breaking ground to occupancy or simply come and erect our basic shell, which you can finish off inside and out, using your own contractors or even do it yourself; it's up to you!

AROYH offers a partnership approach to ensure that every possible detail required in our clients building projects, down to the position of electric sockets or the choice of colours are met. We will work in partnership with you and your architects/builders at an early stage, building on our standard details and specification protocols. We believe our commitment to partnership will improve construction quality and ensure costs are kept competitive and construction time is significantly reduced.
